These are packaged cooked so it can be used in lots of ways!
Ideas for use: add to your smoothie, mix into pancake or waffle batter, morning oatmeal, gnocchi, mix into mac and cheese, chili, baby food, sprinkle over ice-cream and lots more uses. Experiment and have fun!
Small is 1 cup / Large is 2 cups.
Directions: Mix 2 parts water (or to desired consistency) to 1 part pumpkin powder and cook thouroughly.
Most products once reconstituted are 3 x weight of freeze-dried weight.

Because 98-99% of the moisture in food being freeze-dried is removed during the process, our freeze-dried eggs will last 20+ years! Our products are packaged in thick resealable mylar bags along with an oxygen absorber, then hermetically heat sealed to help extend the shelf-life even longer.
We recomend that if you open a package, that they be consumed within 7-10 days. However, we provide ways that you can extend the life of an open package for weeks which comes in an email immediately after ordering. With the resealable mylar bags, you can get as much air out and then seal it, which will allow it to last longer. Use an iron to heat seal it back to original packaging. Be sure to use a NEW oxygen absorber if you want it for long term storage after being opened.
