Instructions and directions are on product, but also below:
1-2 teaspoons in 1 cup of old water, bring to simmer and cover for 20-30 minutes.  Drink hot or cold, keep extra in the refridgerator and use when needed.
Many customers make a few cups at a time and then store in refridgerator for future use.  Use brewed tea within 3-4 days.
If you want a little sweeter taste, sweeten with raw organic honey.
If you need a tea ball/strainer/steeper, we recommend this one and is what we use here at Back Forty Farms.  However, anything you have for loose-leaf will of course work.
 
Packaging:
Sealed in Craft Resealable Barrier Pouch, and hermetically heat sealed.  Product is 4.0 ounces.
 
Yield:
4 ounces of tea makes approximately 48 cups, but since you can steep twice before discarding, package will yield approximately 96 cups of delicious and nutritious tea!  Could be more or a little less, depending on if you use 1 or 2 teaspoons.
 
Average cost per cup of tea?  $0.14 cents!    :-)
