To make purchases, book events or conduct any business with us, you need to be a member of the BFF PMA, our private membership association.  Membership is easy and free and operates under the Back Forty Farms Ministry (refer to 8, 8-1 and 8-2 below.)

The BFF PMA (Private Membership Association) is a private domain wherein members may make transactions that are not open to the general public.

By joining the Back Forty Farms (BFF) Private Membership Association (PMA / BFF PMA), which operates under the Back Forty Farms Ministry, and/or any website or social media group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by BFF, I agree to the terms and conditions as follows.

 

Membership Declarations

 

1. THE BFF PMA MEMBERS (WE) HEREBY DECLARE that our objective is to allow BFF founders and all members with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with BFF and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the UNITED STATES, and any previous protections guaranteed.

2. WE DECLARE that the Constitution of the United States of America, the various constitutions of the states of the union, guarantees our members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights granted by our creator, our almighty God, and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.

3. WE DECLARE that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions. This means that our Association activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by law.

4. WE DECLARE that one of the purposes of BFF PMA is to provide members with a forum to conduct business between members within the private domain with the protections guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact.

5. BFF will recognize any person(s), natural or otherwise (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who have joined the BFF PMA or any social media group or forum organized, created, or managed by BFF and are in agreement with BFF principles and policies as a member of the BFF PMA, providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by BFF PMA, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes declared in the records of the BFF PMA.

6. Membership to the BFF PMA, and any of its groups may be terminated by BFF PMA Trustees or their designee, at any time, should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with the BFF PMA or any of its members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of the BFF PMA.

7. The cost for membership is FREE.  Once you have read this agreement and terms and conditions and sign up, you will become a member in the BFF PMA. 

8. The BFF PMA organization shall operate under the Back Forty Farms Ministry, which is a religious entity under the provisions of Section 508(c)(1)(a) of the Internal Revenue Code, which recognizes the automatic tax-exempt status of churches and religious organizations. As such, Back Forty Farms Ministry is not required to apply for formal recognition of tax exemption under Section 501(c)(3).

   1. ​Our ministry focuses on holistic health, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. We cultivate a nurturing environment where individuals can experience healing and growth through nature and intentional living. Our organically grown food is a cornerstone of our approach, providing nourishing, chemical-free produce that supports both physical health and environmental sustainability. We are deeply committed to teaching and practicing principles of physical and spiritual awareness, guiding individuals towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their connection to the world around them.  Through products we offer on our online Country Store, online videos, social media posts, emails, blog posts, workshops, retreats, and hands-on experiences, we offer opportunities for participants to engage with the land, learn sustainable farming practices, and explore pathways to holistic well-being. Our farm is more than a place; it's a community dedicated to fostering resilience, health, and spiritual enlightenment, as we continue to "Nourish the Body & Nourish the Soul."

   2. The holistic products offered on our farm are intended to support general wellness and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These products are crafted from natural ingredients, and while we strive to provide high-quality and effective remedies, individual results may vary. Always consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new health regimen, especially if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

 

 

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

​

• I understand that, since the BFF PMA is protected by the First, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against BFF members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by a designee, committee, or tribunal of BFF and will be waived by the member for the benefit of BFF and its members. By agreeing to this membership form I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself.

• The BFF PMA organization shall operate under the Back Forty Farms Ministry, which is a religious entity under the provisions of Section 508(c)(1)(a) of the Internal Revenue Code, which recognizes the automatic tax-exempt status of churches and religious organizations. As such, Back Forty Farms Ministry is not required to apply for formal recognition of tax exemption under Section 501(c)(3).  Refer above to 8, 8-1 and 8-2 for further specifics.

• I agree to join the Back Forty Farms Private Membership Association under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better health, be godly stewards in dominion over creation, and express good quality of life. I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member of the BFF PMA.  My activities within the BFF PMA are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of the BFF PMA, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the BFF PMA Trustees and Advisors.

• I understand that, since the Association is protected by the First, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of city, state and federal Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the Association, any Director, members, or other staff-persons of BFF PMA.  All complaints or grievances between members will be settled by the BFF Founders.

• I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion from any individual, business or organization.  

• I affirm that I do not represent any City, Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose, job or goal is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or any other investigation regarding food, products, or services offered.  (see #3 above)

• I understand that the producers and providers who are fellow members of the Association are offering me food, products, services, and benefits that do not necessarily conform to conventional examples available in the public marketplace.

• ​As a member, I accept that no product testing is foolproof and that the risks associated with private exchanges between private members of this private membership organization are solely my own and that I retain sole responsibility for undertaking the risks associated with such exchanges.

• I am making purchases based on my own accord and research, and have confidence in the products I choose.

• I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in the BFF PMA at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards the BFF PMA or any member.

• These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership in the Back Forty Farms Private Membership Association.  I agree this contract began on the date of my joining the BFF PMA.  I declare that by joining the BFF PMA or any of forums, websites and/or social media groups, I have carefully read the whole of this document and I understand and agree with it.

Summary:

​

• You are joining a PRIVATE ASSOCIATION, protected by the First, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment, to obtain food and other products and services of the highest quality, including but not limited to fresh and frozen meats, raw milk, raw cheeses, and any freeze-dried food, directly from BFF PMA, or anywhere else obtained. 

• I understand the PMA is under the Back Forty Farms Ministry (refer to 8, 8-1 and 8-2 above.)

• You are choosing for yourself the types of food you wish to buy and eat, and you have done your own research to achieve informed consent.

• I affirm that I do not represent any City, Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose, job or goal is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or any other investigation regarding food, products, or services offered.

• You are choosing to makes purchases for and you have done your own research on these products and services to achieve informed consent.

• You will not file a liability lawsuit against the Association’s director, staff, or the other members for anything pertaining to the foods or products or services you obtain of your own choosing.

• Your activities and the activities within the Association are private and not to be shared with the FDA, FTC, State Milk Boards, USDA, Agricultural Boards, or any other city, state or federal government agencies.

• You are not a City, State or Federal agent whose purpose is to regulate and approve food products.  If you are, do not complete the membership.
